This morning I found Barry and Maggie discussing all the pros and cons of eating outside. Since we have finally had some nice weather, we are taking advantage of our backyard.
In this past week Maggie has started to intentionally reach for things. She smiles so big when she sees what she is reaching for, but becomes startled when she makes contact – still unsure how something ended up in her hand.
This picture is priceless.
It is a picture of Barry, his dad, and his grandfather lounging on the deck after a hard days work.
I love how they all have their hands draped on their stomachs and how they all seem to be lost in thought but equally exhausted.
Barry’s parents are now putting on a new deck again and although Maggie isn’t old enough to help out, she is old enough to lounge with her grandpa after a day of hard labor.
