Well, We Tried

We bought a bike trailer the other day and thought that tonight would be a perfect time to use it – since we needed (yes, needed) to restock our freezer with some delicious ice cream.

We loaded Sydney and Maggie into the trailer and hit the road; however, we weren’t but five blocks down the road and we heard yelling and whimpering. Apparently, it is a bit early for these two to be in a small, moving cage together.

Don’t worry, Barry turned back and took the Hooligans home and I kept on truckin’ to the store so we could finish out our Snack Sunday in proper form.

Game Time

We were out in the yard minding our own business, playing with the grass and wondering if the rain was coming back.

Suddenly Sydney launched herself off the back stoop, where she had been lazily watching us, and plopped herself down next to Maggie.

Since Maggie is almost an expert at sitting on her own, it seemed fitting that Syd felt the need to saddle up to the Cutie Patootie.

Naturally, if you’re a Pug and a tiny human that you are next to picks up a blade of grass, the only thing to do is to become instantly interested in said blade of grass.

Really, really interested.

Then, if you are a Pug and want to get a game going with an Expert Cutie Patootie, then start doing hot laps around her and see if she’ll catch on.

See what I have to deal with around here.

Jeesh.
