Sydney loves her frisbee. At any given moment she’ll find it and have it hanging from her mouth enticing anyone to play.
As I’ve mentioned before, a face with so many wrinkles is difficult to turn down, even for Sparky. Turns out he loves the frisbee just as much as his friend The Tubby Torpedo, but his version of playing is different than hers.
Sparky is much like the older kid that comes over to visit and you have to hide/put away the toys that he will most likely eat or break.
He’s the kid that doesn’t really understand sharing and wants it all to himself.
He’s also like the kid that has some bad habits that your kid picks up, like suddenly not wanting to share and keep her cherished toys to herself.
She starts to work really hard to remind him that it was hers to begin with.
Eventually there is an intervention and all parties learn to share. Wrinkles or not, life is more fun when you share
or
things get taken away and you are left to think about how easy it would have been to share in the first place.
You should share this with your students. They would LOVE it! My kids really enjoy it when I share our blog with them and this so applicable to their lives. Funny how dogs and kids have so much in common.
